How do we do this? With 31 years of experience in the automotive industry, I understand material costs, cycle efficiencies, bottlenecks, overheads, logistics, and more. This insight allows me to develop safety controls and procedures that integrate smoothly into your operations, making them easier for workers to follow. It’s also not unknown for some changes to actually make an efficiency improvement or two!!
